The role offers base plus commissions, with a total compensation potential of $40,000–$150,000. Strong CRM and MS Office skills are preferred. Located in Dover, NH and eligible for overtime.

Qualifications

• Must maintain an average of $300,000 in monthly production.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new leads to hit production goals.
• Conduct phone meetings to discuss products and proposals.
• Communicate product information to clients.
• Negotiate terms and finalize sales.
• Maintain knowledge of company products.
• Monitor industry trends to adapt sales strategies.
• Ensure client paperwork is complete and submitted on time.
