LensCrafters is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional eyewear shopping experience. You will help customers choose frames, use prescriptions to guide lens selections, and coordinate measurements with the Optician to ensure the best vision solution.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years in retail or customer service preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems, calculators and basic math.
• Embrace new technology with accuracy
• Ability to sell through strong sales skills and accountability
• Strong communication skills; written and verbal
• Self-motivated; able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives via existing and new customers.
• Utilize optical prescription to advise lenses and coatings.
• Assist customers in selecting frames and align with measurements.
• Conduct measurements using optical tools and consult with Optician as needed.
• Foster a positive store environment and professional relationships with peers, management, doctors and staff.
• Keep displays and inventory neat, attractive and organized.
• Promote inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect
