Qualifications

• All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Ability to pass pre-employment testing (background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Document vehicle issues accurately.
• Explain recommended services and repairs.
• Provide cost estimates and obtain customer approval.
• Schedule appointments and manage service bay.
• Coordinate with technicians to complete repairs.
• Update customers on status of their vehicles.
• Explain invoices and process payments.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
