Role includes ongoing training, potential to expand customer base through outbound contact, and community engagement at Verizon events. Competitive pay with base and commission depending on performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (schedule known four weeks in advance).
• Openness to pick up additional shifts and earn more income, typically during peak vacation periods.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by using passion for technology and customer service to expand Verizon network.
• Learn and uncover customers' needs by creating connections and asking questions.
• Position product insights and recommendations to provide customers with a complete sales solution.
• Close sales by communicating effectively to fulfill customer needs with tech solutions.
• Develop yourself through ongoing training and up-skilling in merchandising and inventory.
• Possibly reach out to current Verizon customers via calls/SMS to grow customer base.
• Engage with the community at Verizon-sponsored events to expand loyalty.
