Verizon Retail is hiring a full-time Verizon Retail Sales Associate to drive sales in one of our retail stores. You will engage customers, uncover needs, and present complete tech solutions with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Flexibility to pick up additional shifts during peak periods.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by using technology and customer service to expand the Verizon network.
• Learn customer needs by asking questions and creating connections.
• Position product insights and recommendations for complete sales solutions.
• Close sales with clear communication to meet customer needs.
• Participate in ongoing training and develop skills across merchandising and inventory.
