Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is hiring Full-Time Pawnbroker / Retail Sales Associate across store locations nationwide. Earn hourly wages with commission based on productivity alongside strong customer service responsibilities and lending/retail operations.

Qualifications

• Must be willing and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to work flexible retail schedule, including weekends.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work with firearms and to become firearms certified.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with customers to develop rapport and provide financial solutions.
• Performs sales and loan transactions per policies.
• Keep the sales floor clean, stocked, and maintain displays.
• Handles all cash and negotiable items per procedures.
• Assist customers with inquiries and problem resolution.
