Qualifications

• 8+ years in sales or technical service (B2B)
• Willingness to travel up to 50% (including occasional international travel)
• Education preferred: Business/Packaging Science/Graphic Communications or related field
• Tech-savvy with packaging/printing knowledge not required but advantageous

Responsibilities

• Build & Grow New Business by identifying and winning enterprise clients across food, beverage, confectionery, pet food, and consumer goods industries
• Be a Trusted Advisor by applying knowledge of rotogravure printing, substrates, and ink systems to guide client decisions
• Sell with Strategy & Value by communicating performance, quality, and cost advantages and positioning solutions that impact client operations and brands
• Collaborate Across Teams with R&D, prepress, and production to ensure flawless project execution
• Own the Customer Experience by managing accounts end-to-end, preparing quotes and RFP responses, forecasting and tracking sales performance
• Stay Ahead of the Market by monitoring trends like sustainability, barrier films, and pricing strategies
