Job summary

AccruePartners in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Growth Partner to join our internal team and drive recruitment and sales. This is a production role with real commissions from day one, designed for a competitive and relationship-driven individual.

You’ll own both sides of staffing, recruit top candidates, develop client relationships, and manage a robust pipeline. The role offers a competitive base with uncapped commissions and strong advancement potential.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of professional experience (internships count)
• High outbound activity in daily workflow
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior leaders

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting from first call to placement.
• Prospect and cold-call hiring managers across the Carolinas.
• Source, screen, and recruit candidates via direct outreach, LinkedIn, referrals, and job boards.
• Conduct phone and video interviews and prepare candidates for client conversations.
• Manage your pipeline and track activity in Bullhorn daily.
• Build relationships in person at networking events and client visits.
• Use tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and ChatGPT to research talent.
