Qualifications

• Retail or sales experience encouraged
• Willing to work retail schedule including evenings and weekends
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds and help customers with loading purchases
• Bilingual English/Spanish or other languages a plus
• Customer-focused with high energy and team attitude

Responsibilities

• Sell mattresses and bedding using bedMATCH system to guide selections
• Assist customers with product selection and loading purchases onto vehicles
• Provide a relaxed, low-pressure, educational shopping experience
• Use tablets and POS devices to complete sales and processing
