Job summary

Mattress Warehouse is hiring Retail Sales Consultants to join our growing team in Woodbridge Township, NJ. You will guide customers through our premium mattress selection using the bedMATCH diagnostic system and a proven selling process to help people sleep better.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds and assist with loading mattresses.
• Flexible retail schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Sell premium mattresses using the bedMATCH diagnostic system and the proven sales process.
• Provide customers with a relaxed, low-pressure and educational shopping experience.
• Assist in showroom maintenance and help load purchases into customers' vehicles.
