Mattress Warehouse in Pottstown, PA is hiring a Sales Consultant to help customers find the perfect mattress using our bedMATCH system. You’ll engage clients with a friendly, educational approach and drive strong sales through personalized recommendations.

The role offers a robust compensation package with hourly pay or commission, bonuses, and a 401(k) with employer match, plus extensive training and benefits. You’ll work a retail schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Bilingual English and Spanish (or other languages) is a plus.
• Willingness to work evenings, holidays and weekends.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds and assist customers with loading purchases.
• Comfortable using tablets and POS technology.

Responsibilities

• Sell mattresses and bedding using the bedMATCH diagnostic system.
• Provide a relaxed, low-pressure, educational shopping experience.
• Assist customers with loading and deliveries as needed.
• Maintain showroom and assist with store operations.
