Qualifications

• Must be a licensed real estate agent in good standing.
• Strong interpersonal and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Comfortable in telephone conversations with property owners and buyers.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and take initiative.
• Willing to use the agency’s tech tools to drive sales.
• Commitment to working +40 hour weeks on a regular basis.
• Willing to work on a straight commission pay structure.
• Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills.
• Prior sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Actively pursue buyer and seller leads.
• Market properties and work with buyers.
• Guide buyers/sellers through the transaction process.
• Serve as intermediary between buyers and sellers.
• Prepare and guide clients through paperwork (contracts, escrow, deeds).
• Network with owners, buyers, attorneys, lenders, and contractors.
• Continually expand knowledge of real estate markets and best practices.
