Qualifications

• 1+ year of proven customer service and sales experience in a retail setting.

• Strong communication with a diverse customer base.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering the store and identify eyewear needs to create an easy, memorable experience.
• Assist customers in selecting eyewear that fits budget and eye care requirements.
• Troubleshoot prescription issues and resolve customer concerns.
• Meet sales goals while following company policies and procedures.
• Perform basic housekeeping and ensure brand standards in the lab area.
• Edge lenses into frames and assemble lenses to expedite delivery.
