Job summary

AutoNation is seeking an Experienced Sales Associate to sell new and used vehicles in a no-haggle environment. You will help customers select vehicles, negotiate terms, and close deals to achieve targeted sales and profit while following up to ensure satisfaction.

This role offers a base or hourly pay with commissions based on gross profit and customer service metrics, plus a strong benefits package and career growth opportunities at America's largest automotive retailer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Prior sales experience, retail preferred.
• Excellent communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and a safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist hundreds of customers in a no-haggle environment to guide them in vehicle purchases.
• Help customers select their vehicle, negotiate terms, and close the deal to meet budgets and lifestyles.
• Drive customer satisfaction and loyalty by following up and transitioning customers to Service.
