Job summary

AutoNation, America’s Largest Automotive Retailer, is seeking an Experienced Sales Associate to sell new and used vehicles while achieving gross profit and high customer satisfaction. You’ll work with a nationwide inventory and a supportive team to reach sales targets.

You’ll need strong communication, a drive to exceed targets, and at least 1 year of automotive sales experience. A valid driver’s license and high school diploma are required, with training provided.

Qualifications

• Over 1 year automotive sales experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Willingness to follow up with customers and close deals.

Responsibilities

• Sell new and used vehicles at gross profit and meet volume standards.
• Provide exceptional customer experience and build long-term relationships.
• Utilize CRM and equity mining tools to identify and convert leads.
