Transworld Business Advisors of Canton is seeking a results-driven Business Advisor to help buyers and sellers navigate business transactions. You will focus on confidential preparation, valuations, and deal facilitation across brokerage, M&A advisory, and franchising services.

The role emphasizes building relationships with business owners, conducting market analyses, and guiding clients through offers, due diligence, and closings.

Qualifications

• Experience with Business Ownership, Business Brokerage, Insurance Strategies, Finance, or Sales preferred.
• Strong analytical and financial skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as a team player
• Networking and negotiation skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent experience
• An entrepreneurial spirit and passion for the Main Street businesses.

Responsibilities

• Business Brokerage: build relationships with small business owners and help them prepare their business to be confidentially listed; you will manage the buyer screening, offers, due diligence, and closing processes.
• Business Valuation: review prior financials, cash flows, market conditions, record keeping, to provide a Broker's Opinion of Value (BOV).
• Franchise Consulting: help prospective franchise buyers find and purchase the right franchise based on wants, skills, finances and earnings expectations.
• Franchise Development: assist in growing local businesses by becoming a franchisor.
