Job summary

Acura of Seattle is hiring a full-time Sales Consultant. The role is paid 100% commission on personal production and unit counts, or $21.65 per hour, whichever is greater. Commission ranges from 20% to 50% based on production, with bonuses and dealership benefits available.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, following up professionally, assisting customers in vehicle selection, and scheduling demonstrations. A valid driver's license and background check are required.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent face to face customer service skills.
• Proficient with Dealersocket CRM, able to follow up consistently.
• Time management, prioritization and multitasking required.
• Ambitious, goal-oriented mentality and drive to improve.
• Ability to hit sales quotas and closing percentages.
• Prior sales experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming internet inquiries and phone leads.
• Respond to emails in a professional, well-spoken manner.
• Assist customers in vehicle selection with industry knowledge and courtesy.
• Set appointments for vehicle demonstrations based on customer interest.
• Direct customers to product information resources, including online.
• Deliver inquiries/messages to other sales personnel promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
