Job summary

Insigneo seeks a detail‑oriented Commissions Analyst to support daily billing and commission processes. You will set up accounts, maintain commission arrangements, and provide on‑the‑ground support to Independent Advisors for related inquiries.

Responsibilities include generating invoices, updating fee bases, and reconciling with accounting across Xtiva, NetX360, Addepar/ORION. A Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in advisory finance are preferred.

• 2) At least two years of industry-related experience.
• 3) Experience with advisory platforms and multi-custodian models preferred.
• 4) Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
• 5) Experience with NetX360 and Addepar is a plus.
• 6) Strong attention to detail and self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile data with accounting as needed.
• Back up commissions/billing tasks and maintain customer data in Addepar/ORION.

Job description

The Commissions Analyst will provide daily support to the firm’s billing process, maintaining accurate customer and advisory records.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/MAIN FUNCTIONS

• Responsible to set up, implement and maintain account information and commission arrangements in Company’s Systems.
• Provide “on the ground” support to Independent Advisors in a timely manner for all their Commissions and Billing related questions. This includes helping with system access, generating reports on commission amounts, reviewing any special adjustment to commission schedules.
• Support the daily, monthly, quarterly review of the billing process from inception to termination using Xtiva (in house commission system), Pershing NetX360 and or Addepar/ORION.
• Update default fee base in Pershing NetX360 and or Addepar/ORION.
• Generate, update, and submit invoices in accordance with customer contracts and company policies and procedures.
• Upload files or letters of authorization to charge accounts on brokers dealers/custodians.
• Reconcile information with accounting as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Serve as back up within the commissions and billing team on the following: Preserve the attributes on Addepar/ORION and maintain customer database.

JOB REQUIREMENTS (EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE)

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Requires a minimum of two (2) years of industry-related experience.
• Experience in an Advisory platform, preferably in a multi custodian model.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Tools, primarily Excel and Power BI.
• Experience using NetX360 and Addepar, preferred.
• Must have exceptional attention to detail.
• Must be a self-starter and driven.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to prioritize.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and time bound projects.
• Knowledge in the operation of laptops/desktops and Microsoft platforms/software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
