• Prepare sauces, dressings, pickled ingredients, and other food items.
• Follow HACCP protocol for labeling and packaging ingredients.
• Adhere to Gott's procedures for cross-contamination prevention.
• Maintain a clean, orderly workstation and communicate with team.
