Job summary

HMSHost is seeking a Commissary Manager I in San Jose, California to manage commissary activities with a focus on quality and cost control. This position oversees purchasing, food production, and ensures all food safety standards are met.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Food and Beverage management, a Bachelor's degree is preferred, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Responsibilities include leading a team, training associates, and liaising with vendors to ensure compliance with company specifications.

Qualifications

• 2 years of formal post-high-school education.
• 1 year of experience in low volume Food and Beverage operations.
• High level of computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Manage commissary activities and ensure food quality.
• Control food and labor costs to maximize profitability.
• Oversee daily delivery of food items and assign tasks.

Skills
