Lore Group's Lyle Washington DC is seeking a hands-on PM Commis Chef to support daily kitchen operations and deliver exceptional dining experiences grounded in heartfelt hospitality. You will work closely with the Chef de Cuisine to prepare menu items to standard, maintain a clean and efficient station, and contribute to a collaborative kitchen culture.

The role requires 1+ year of culinary or line cook experience and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of culinary or line cook experience preferred.
• Hotel experience not required; welcoming personality a must.
• Strong teamwork and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute menu items in a timely and consistent manner.
