Job summary

The James Allen Companies, Inc in Marietta, Georgia is seeking an experienced Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join our in-office team. You will develop new commercial accounts, build strong client relationships, and provide exceptional service to business owners throughout the community.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of commercial lines experience and deep knowledge of GL, property, business auto, workers’ compensation, professional liability, and umbrella coverages, plus proven sales

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of commercial lines insurance experience.
• Strong understanding of commercial insurance products, including General Liability, Commercial Property, Business Auto, Workers’ Compensation, Professional Liability, Umbrella/Excess Liability.
• Proven sales and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Active Georgia Property & Casualty Insurance License.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and close new commercial insurance accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with business owners and referral partners.
• Analyze clients’ insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions.
• Prepare and present insurance proposals and coverage reviews.
• Work with carriers to obtain competitive quotes and coverage options.
• Manage the sales process from prospecting through policy issuance.
• Collaborate with agency staff to ensure excellent client service and retention.
• Maintain accurate client records and sales activities.
• Stay current on commercial insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and industry trends.

About the Role

An established insurance agency is seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join its growing team in Marietta, Georgia. This is an in-office position focused on developing new commercial insurance business, building strong client relationships, and providing exceptional service to business owners throughout the community.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in commercial insurance sales, strong knowledge of business insurance products, and the ability to identify coverage solutions that meet clients’ needs.
