Job Overview

Our Client is rapidly growing and is looking to train the right individual to fit into the company. We are currently seeking to fulfill a full-time position in our Commercial Lines Department. The Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative/Commercial Lines Account Manager will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to current clients and new prospects when they call for assistance.

In this role, you will manage accounts to maintain strong business relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. You will play a vital role in managing and growing the customer base.

Requirements

• Currently possess a Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license
• Minimum 3 years of experience working in an insurance agency environment
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in an fast-paced environment
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to respond to inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within specified timeframes
• Strong oral and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Obtain underwriting information for new commercial clients from the sales department.
• Complete ACORD applications in the Agency Management System (AMS360).
• Complete all required supplemental applications.
• Prepare quotes using insurance carriers' online rating programs.
• Work with insurance carrier underwriters to obtain quotations and negotiate terms.
• Document each customer contact in AMS360.
• Issue Evidence of Insurance, Certificates of Insurance, and Auto ID Cards.
• Share training, knowledge, and expertise with team members.
• Provide exceptional customer service to insurance clients.
• Conduct claim follow-up calls.
• Provide ongoing support to insurance clients as needed.
