Job summary

David is seeking a Commercialization Senior Analyst to Senior Associate to drive the operational launch of new products from formulation to first production. You will bridge R&D, procurement, operations, and manufacturing, ensuring clear, accurate, and disciplined execution across the value chain.

You will manage timelines, onboard suppliers, and work with external partners to ensure scale-up readiness, while identifying risks and implementing mitigation plans.

Qualifications

• Experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Commercialization, R&D, or other analytical, execution-oriented roles.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to organize multi-step workflows with clarity and urgency.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to prioritize and drive execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end commercialization for new products, line extensions, and manufacturing changes.
• Build and manage project timelines, drive cross-functional alignment, and ensure on-time execution from development handoff through customer delivery.
• Evaluate and support external manufacturing partners to ensure readiness for scale-up and launch.
• Identify cross-functional risks and drive mitigation plans to support successful execution.
• Serve as operational bridge between R&D and external partners to translate product requirements into scalable manufacturing processes.
• Support bench-to-pilot and pilot-to-production transitions by ensuring materials, equipment needs, and process requirements are defined and validated.
• Capture learnings from trials and early production runs to improve consistency and manufacturability.
