Job summary

David Protein is seeking a Commercialization Senior Analyst to Senior Associate to drive the operational launch of new products at David. You will manage new product launches, support the technical transfer of formulations from R&D to external partners, onboard suppliers, and build systems that improve communication across the value chain.

You will ensure that every new product—from early formulation to first production—is executed with clarity, accuracy, and operational discipline,

Qualifications

• Experience in Operations, Supply Chain or Commercialization in food/CPG.
• Strong project management skills to organize complex workflows.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Structured communicator translating complex info into actionable steps.
• Detail-oriented with disciplined documentation.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity in early-stage environments.
• Collaborative with ownership mindset.
• Experience with co-manufacturers or food manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end commercialization for new products and manufacturing changes.
• Build and manage project timelines, drive cross-functional alignment, ensure on-time execution.
• Evaluate and support external manufacturing partners for readiness to scale.
• Identify cross-functional risks and drive mitigation plans.
• Bridge between R&D and external partners for scalable manufacturing.
• Support supplier onboarding, qualification, and documentation.
