The role leads field production for multiple commercial projects, ensuring safety, efficiency, and alignment with budget and schedule while coordinating with leadership on labor, materials, and equipment. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in commercial drywall and framing, with superintendent/foreman experience, strong blueprint and estimating software knowledge, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years commercial drywall and metal stud framing construction experience.
• Superintendent or foreman management experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial blueprints, management software and estimating.
• Out-of-town travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities across multiple commercial projects.
• Coordinate labor, materials, and equipment with leadership.
• Monitor progress and address production delays.
• Conduct site visits and field audits.
• Plan workforce allocation and adjust manpower.
• Assist with hiring and coaching.
• Develop and manage labor budgets.
• Forecast manpower requirements and labor costs.
• Monitor productivity, hours, and rates.
• Identify cost risks and take corrective actions.
• Maintain profitability with leadership.
• Review blueprints, schedule, specs, and scope.
• Coordinate sequencing with trades and general contractors.
• Assist in preconstruction planning and strategy.
• Enforce safety standards (OSHA).
