• Prepares and approves renewals for accounts within authority, focusing on profitability, retention and pricing goals.
• Evaluates risk profiles and renewal eligibility based on underwriting guidelines.
• Develops agent relationships to promote renewal retention and excellent service.
• Reviews and approves endorsements within authority.
• Underwrites and provides endorsement quotes to agents.
• Reviews and approves reinstatements and cancellations.
• Assists agents with policy billing inquiries.
• Supports branch departments with reports, driver reviews, and monthly projects.
• Collaborates with underwriters and management to understand risk appetite and resources.
