Responsibilities

• Prepares and approves renewals for accounts within authority to drive profitability and retention.
• Evaluates risk profile and renewal eligibility per underwriting guidelines.
• Builds agent relationships via excellent service to promote renewals.
• Reviews and approves endorsements per requirements and authority.
• Underwrites and provides endorsement quotes to agents.
• Reviews reinstatements and cancellations.
• Assists agents with policy billing inquiries.
• Supports branch with reporting, driver reviews, and monthly projects.
• Collaborates with underwriters and territory managers to understand risk appetite and systems.
