Responsibilities

• Evaluates risk profile and eligibility for renewal based on underwriting guidelines.
• Develops relationships with agents to promote renewal retention.
• Reviews and approves endorsements within requirements and authority.
• Underwrites and provides endorsement quotes to agents.
• Reviews and approves reinstatements and cancellations.
• Assists agents with policy billing inquiries.
• Supports branch departments with reports, driver reviews, and monthly projects.
• Collaborates with underwriters and management to understand risk appetite and systems.
