Job summary

RenXTech, a wholly owned subsidiary of Buchanan & Edwards, seeks an experienced intelligence professional in McLean, VA to support high-priority collection and targeting initiatives. The role requires TS/SCI with polygraph, and the ability to brief senior leadership with written and graphical deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technically relevant field, or 4+ years of related experience.
• 6–11 years of targeting experience with written deliverables.
• 3–4 years of IC experience.
• Experience in pre- and post-operational planning including target development and collection requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support pre-operational and post-operational planning activities, including target development and collection gap analysis.
• Integrate targeting efforts with broader mission center objectives, ensuring alignment with collection strategies and operational priorities.
• Collaborate with collection teams to develop, refine, and validate technical collection requirements.
• Maintain situational awareness of customer culture, operational environment, and evolving mission requirements.
• Coordinate with IC partners to synchronize targeting efforts and deconflict collection activities.
• Support mission integration efforts across interagency and commercial environments.

• 6–11 years of experience in targeting, with demonstrated proficiency in producing written deliverables and delivering oral presentations to senior audiences.
• 3–4 years of experience working directly within the Intelligence Community (IC).
• Experience in pre-operational and post-operational planning, including target development and collection requirement generation.
