Applicants must hold a high school diploma or GED. Must have a clean MVR, a Class A Commercial Driving License (CDL)with no restrictions, able to pass DOT physical, able to pass a drug screen, strong communication and interpersonal skills. Background screenings are conducted prior to employmentPREFERREDQUALIFICATIONS: A degree from an accredited college or university *and* completed course comparable with the curriculum taught *OR* (5) five experience/expertise in the area of curriculum taught. CDL Examiners License, extensive in-field work experience, teaching experience at the post-secondary level, and demonstrated ability to interact effectively with a diverse student population. Faculty must be credentialed to satisfy all appropriate accrediting bodies for the courses assigned.SALARY/BENEFITS: Salary range is $28.00 per hour. Adjunct Faculty are temporary positions, scheduled based on class needs of the college. Adjunct Faculty will generally sign assignment acknowledgements which cover a single term at a time, and employment is not guaranteed. Adjunct Faculty members do not receive benefits and are scheduled as needed. Adjunct Faculty work on a per-term basis, therefore future courses are not assured.
