Job summary

You will serve as a liaison among Sales, CTO, Deposit Operations and Wire teams, verify documentation, maintain policies, and manage secure customer records such as signature cards and account documents.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, plus specialized training, a two-year degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Proves competencies in bank operations by demonstrating product knowledge and service expectations.
• Liaises between TM Sales and CTO/Deposit Operations/Wire teams to perform authentication and checks on customer paperwork.
• Maintains working knowledge of department procedures.
• Assists in maintaining up-to-date corporate and departmental policies and procedures.
• Attends periodic education opportunities to stay up-to-date on regulations.
• Assists in special projects, such as new product implementation and procedure documentation.
• Acts as primary contact with customers to resolve discrepancies related to documentation or authorization.
• Manages customer requests for updates and maintenance of signature cards, account resolutions, and related documents.
