Job summary

S&T Bank is seeking an experienced administrative professional to support the TM Sales Group in Indiana, PA. The role involves handling administrative duties, maintaining policy accuracy, and coordinating with CTO, Deposit Operations, and Wire teams to ensure complete and accurate customer documentation.

You will manage customer communications, update signature cards and related accounts, and assist in documenting processes and new product implementations.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent plus specialized training, a two-year degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5–10 years general experience required, with Customer Service and/or Treasury Product experience preferred.
• Ability to interact with customers, verify documentation, and coordinate with multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Acts as liaison between TM Sales and CTO/Deposit Operations/Wire teams to perform authentication and completeness checks on customer paperwork.
• Maintains working knowledge of all department procedures and policies.
• Assist in maintaining up-to-date corporate and departmental policies and procedures.
• Handle customer inquiries by email and phone, and coordinate document delivery to processing areas.
