Essenti Talent in New York City is seeking a National Commercial Title Coordinator and Processor to join our Midtown Manhattan office on a hybrid schedule. This is a fast-paced, detail‑driven role that supports commercial real estate transactions from start to finish.

You will open new files, draft requirements, review documents, coordinate with lenders, attorneys, and brokers, and assist underwriting staff.

Formación

• 4+ years of substantive experience as a commercial title processor or coordinator.
• Experience assisting senior underwriters with complex commercial transactions.
• Strong understanding of title commitments, surveys, and related real estate documents.
• Ability to coordinate with lenders, attorneys, and brokers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and client-service mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Open and establish new transaction files and draft preliminary requirements and notes for title commitments.
• Review commercial real estate documents to identify title issues and underwriting risks.
• Coordinate all aspects of commercial title orders from opening through closing.
• Assist senior underwriters by gathering and organizing documentation for underwriting decisions.
• Order, track, and review due diligence items including title searches and UCCs.
• Prepare title commitments, preliminary reports, endorsements, and final policies.
