Job summary

Kensington Vanguard National Land Services, a leading title insurance agency, seeks a Commercial Coordinator to manage NY and national commercial transactions. You will serve as the main liaison among underwriters, clients, counsel, lenders, brokers, and third‑party vendors to move deals toward closing.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in title insurance, excellent written and verbal communication, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have knowledge of title insurance and 5+ years of experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison among underwriters, clients, counsel, lenders, brokers, and vendors.
• Review title products such as commitments, pro-formas, policies and endorsements with support from legal team.
• Work with Buyer/Seller and Lenders to clear and close transactions.
• Assist underwriter and coordinators in preparing invoices on deals.
• Review Purchase/Sale Agreements to ensure compliance with terms.
