Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Center in Utah is seeking a tire service professional to install, rotate, and service tires and wheels. You will balance wheels, calibrate TPMS, and perform battery tests while upholding outstanding customer service standards.

The role requires lifting heavy weights and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. On-site work with opportunities for bonuses and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Excellent customer service and ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels.
• Repairing, rotating, and inflating tires.
• Attaching and rebalancing wheels.
• Installing, rebuilding, relearning, and calibrating TPMS.
• Washing tires and wheels and testing/installing batteries.
• Using and maintaining equipment; test driving vehicles.
• Provide excellent customer service; promote store sales.
• Engage customers using Best Tire Value Promise.
• Assist other employees; operate service vehicles for offsite work.

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels
• repairing, rotating, and inflating tires
• attaching and rebalancing wheels
• installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS
• washing tires and wheels
• testing and installing batteries
• using and maintenance of equipment
• assisting other employees
• test driving vehicles
• operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services
• Provides excellent customer service, promotes store sales
• uses the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers

Pay and Benefits
