Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Center is seeking a tire technician to install and maintain tires and wheels, perform rotation and balancing, and calibrate TPMS. You will wash parts, inspect batteries, and assist teammates while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires a valid driver license and ability to lift heavy loads, with on-the-job training provided. Higher wages reflect location-based adjustments and full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid driver license required; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Frequent lifting of 35–75 lbs; bending, twisting, kneeling, squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels.
• Repair, rotate, and inflate tires; attach and rebalance wheels.
• Install/rebuild and calibrate TPMS; wash tires and wheels.
• Test drive vehicles and operate service vehicles for offsite/roadside service.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels
• repairing, rotating, and inflating tires

• installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS
• washing tires and wheels
• testing and installing batteries
• using and maintenance of equipment
• assisting other employees
• test driving vehicles
• and operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services

Experience:

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license; excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment; frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds; frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Pay and Benefits:

$16.50 - $28.00 For full time positions after eligibility criteria are met, benefits include:
