Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Sales & Service associate in Idaho to install and maintain tires and wheels, ensuring top-notch customer service and adherence to company policies.

The role covers tire installation, rotation, balancing, TPMS work, and assisting with store promotions. A valid drivers license and ability to lift 35–75 lbs are required. On-the-job training is provided with competitive pay and benefits.

Job Description: Sales & Service (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales)

The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

Primary Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels
• Repairing, rotating, and inflating tires
• Attaching and rebalancing wheels
• Installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS
• Washing tires and wheels
• Testing and installing batteries
• Using and maintenance of equipment
• Assisting other employees
• Test driving vehicles
• Operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services
• Provides excellent customer service, promotes store sales; uses the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers

Pay and Benefits

$16.50 - $26.45 For full time positions after eligibility criteria are met, benefits include:
