Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers in North Branch, MN is hiring for a Sales & Service role focused on tire installation, maintenance and sales. You will install and rotate tires, calibrate TPMS, test drive vehicles and assist customers.

Candidates should have a valid driver’s license, endure physical tasks (lifting 35–75 lb), provide excellent service, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Comprehensive benefits apply after eligibility.

• repairing, rotating, and inflating tires
• attaching and rebalancing wheels
• installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS
• washing tires and wheels
• testing and installing batteries
• using and maintenance of equipment
• assisting other employees
• test driving vehicles
• operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services
• Provides excellent customer service, promotes store sales
• uses the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers

Pay and Benefits

Pay: $16.50 - $26.45
