Les Schwab Tire Centers in the United States is seeking a skilled Tire Technician to install and maintain tires and wheels, perform repairs, rotations and inflations, and attach/rebalance wheels. The role includes TPMS calibration, offsite and emergency road service, and test driving vehicles to ensure safety and reliability.

You will also wash tires, operate and maintain equipment, and support teammates in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Valid driver's license required.
• Excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift 35-75 pounds frequently.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Mansioni

• Install and maintain tires and wheels.
• Repair, rotate, and inflate tires.
• Attach and rebalance wheels.
• Install/rebuild and calibrate TPMS.
• Wash tires and wheels.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels
• repairing, rotating, and inflating tires
• attaching and rebalancing wheels
• installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS
• washing tires and wheels
• testing and installing batteries
• using and maintenance of equipment
• assisting other employees
• test driving vehicles
• and operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services

Experience:

Les Schwab offers opportunities for a variety of skills, with on-the job training.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license; excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment; frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds; frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Pay and Benefits:

$16.50 - $28.00 For full time positions after eligibility criteria are met, benefits include:
