Snider Fleet Solutions is seeking a dynamic Commercial Sales Representative to drive growth in our commercial tire business and expand product and service lines. You will build strong B2B relationships, increase loyalty, and consistently go the extra mile to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of outside sales experience (commercial tire industry strongly preferred).
• Proven track record of new account development and strong negotiation skills
• Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Word/Excel, and Point of Sale Systems
• Leadership skills and the ability to analyze customer programs for profitability
• Class C Driver's License, insurable by company standards, and ability to pass background check and drug screen

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales plan to retain current and/or obtain new business
• Prospect and qualify potential new customers
• Design proposals that align with customer needs and budget
• Assist with onboarding new clients and managing customer accounts
• Conduct quarterly fleet surveys and support branch operations as needed
