Job summary

Snider Fleet Solutions, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Commercial Sales Representative to drive growth in our commercial tire business. You will build long-term B2B relationships, expand product and service lines, and increase customer loyalty while delivering an excellent customer experience.

The role offers a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission, a take-home company vehicle, and comprehensive benefits. Leads are provided from day one to accelerate success.

Qualifications

3-5 years of outside sales experience (preferably in commercial tire industry).
Proven track record of new account development and strong negotiation skills.
Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Word/Excel, and Point of Sale Systems.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a sales plan to retain current and/or obtain new business.
Prospect and qualify potential new customers.
Design proposals that align with customer needs and budget.
Assist with onboarding new clients and managing customer accounts.
Conduct quarterly fleet surveys and support branch operations as needed.
