Snider Fleet Solutions is seeking a Commercial Sales Representative to drive growth by expanding our commercial tire business and building long-term B2B relationships. You will nurture customer loyalty, manage accounts, and promote all product and service lines.

The role emphasizes results, competitive compensation with uncapped commissions, and opportunities to advance within the company. A focus on leadership, strategic thinking, and strong communication is essential.

Formación

• 3–5 years of outside sales experience (commercial tire industry strongly preferred).
• Proven track record of new account development and strong negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Word/Excel, and Point of Sale Systems.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a sales plan to retain current and/or obtain new business.
• Prospect and qualify potential new customers
• Design proposals that align with customer needs and budget
• Assist with onboarding new clients and managing customer accounts
• Conduct quarterly fleet surveys and support branch operations as needed
