Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC offers a 12-week paid internship in Keene, NH, designed to provide hands-on experience in the wholesale grocery industry. You will work with the Commercial Tech and sales teams, gain exposure to data flows, technology initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Will have completed their Sophomore year by the start of the internship.
• Maintains a minimum GPA of 3.0.

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily operations and administrative tasks within the assigned department.
• Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance efficiency.
• Attend meetings, take notes, and contribute ideas and insights.
• Aid in further enhancing department tools, templates and methodologies
• Gain exposure and knowledge on department functionalities
• Develop positive professional relationships across departments
• Complete special projects as assigned by your manager
• Complete an end-of-internship presentation to showcase the completion of learning objectives
• Support the Commercial Tech team with systems automation from a technical perspective, evaluating and streamlining processes for data flow into and out of Salesforce across C&S Family of Companies.
• Assist with technology initiatives, including the Meat sales app, digital sell sheets, mobile applications, and AI opportunities, to empower the sales team with technology to drive sales.
• Utilize Salesforce, mobile phone applications, and AI technology tools to support systems automation and process streamlining.
• Interact and collaborate with members of the Commercial Tech team, the sales team, and cross-functional partners across C&S Family of Companies.

We're searching for interns that are

• Are currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree program from an accredited college or university
• Will have completed their Sophomore year by the start of the internship.
• In good academic standing, with a preferred minimum GPA of 3.0
• Currently majoring in Management Information Systems (MIS), Business Analytics, Information Technology, Project Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proficient with Google's suite of products preferred
• Have proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required)
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Demonstrate strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively
• Are organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Bring curiosity, initiative and willingness to learn and contribute
