Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC invites motivated interns to gain hands-on experience in the wholesale grocery industry at our Keene, NH location. You will work with the Commercial Tech team on systems automation, Salesforce, and data flow initiatives while supporting daily operations and cross-functional projects.

You will contribute to presentations, reports, and process improvements, and complete a capstone internship presentation showcasing your learning objectives.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Sophomore year completed by internship start date.
• Minimum GPA 3.0 preferred.
• Majors: MIS, Business Analytics, IT, PM, Business Admin, Marketing or related field.
• Proficient with Google Workspace and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily operations and administrative tasks within the assigned department.
• Support preparation of presentations, reports, and other documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency.
• Attend meetings, take notes, and contribute ideas.
• Aid in enhancing department tools, templates and methodologies.

• Assist with technology initiatives including Meat sales app, digital sell sheets, mobile apps, and AI opportunities.
• Utilize Salesforce and AI tools to support automation and streamline processes.

Position Overview

Job Description

• Assist in daily operations and administrative tasks within the assigned department.
• Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance efficiency.
• Attend meetings, take notes, and contribute ideas and insights.
• Aid in further enhancing department tools, templates and methodologies.
• Gain exposure and knowledge on department functionalities.
• Develop positive professional relationships across departments.
• Complete special projects as assigned by your manager.
• Complete an end-of-internship presentation to showcase the completion of learning objectives.
• Support the Commercial Tech team with systems automation from a technical perspective, evaluating and streamlining processes for data flow into and out of Salesforce across C&S Family of Companies.
• Assist with technology initiatives, including the Meat sales app, digital sell sheets, mobile applications, and AI opportunities, to empower the sales team with technology to drive sales.
• Utilize Salesforce, mobile phone applications, and AI technology tools to support systems automation and process streamlining.
• Interact and collaborate with members of the Commercial Tech team, the sales team, and cross-functional partners across C&S Family of Companies.

We’re searching for interns that are

• Are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program from an accredited college or university.
• Will have completed their Sophomore year by the start of the internship.
• In good academic standing, with a preferred minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Currently majoring in Management Information Systems (MIS), Business Analytics, Information Technology, Project Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proficient with Google’s suite of products preferred.
• Have proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required).
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Demonstrate strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Are organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Bring curiosity, initiative and willingness to learn and contribute.
