C&S Wholesale Grocers is offering a 12-week internship in Keene, NH, hybrid. You will gain hands-on experience in the wholesale grocery industry, support diverse departments, and participate in professional development opportunities.

Ideal candidates are current undergraduates in MIS/BIS/IT fields, with a 3.0+ GPA, and strong Excel/SQL/Python skills. You will work with mentors, attend meetings, and complete a final presentation demonstrating learning outcomes.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in an accredited university
• GPA 3.0 or better
• Junior or Senior standing during internship
• Majoring in MIS, BIS, Business Analytics, or IT
• Proficient with Google’s suite of products
• Proficient with Excel
• Proficient with SQL
• Proficient with Python or similar
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Able to work in a team and independently
• Organized with attention to detail

Responsabilités

• Assist in daily operations and administrative tasks within the assigned department.
• Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance efficiency.
• Attend meetings, take notes, and contribute ideas and insights.
• Aid in improving department tools, templates, and methodologies.
• Gain exposure to department functionalities
• Develop positive professional relationships across departments
• Complete special projects as assigned by your manager
• Prepare an end-of-internship presentation to showcase learning
• Support production and maintenance of internal tools and applications
• Shadow team members and attend business requirement meetings to translate needs to IT solutions
• Work with developers to explain business needs
• Test applications during various development phases

As an Intern you will have the unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in the wholesale grocery industry, contribute to meaningful projects, and better understand what goes into running one of the largest privately held companies in the US. You will have the opportunity to work alongside other interns and C&S employees to expand your network, participate in professional development opportunities, and enjoy some fun activities!

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily operations and administrative tasks within the assigned department.
• Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance efficiency.
• Attend meetings, take notes, and contribute ideas and insights.
• Aid in further enhancing department tools, templates and methodologies
• Gain exposure and knowledge on department functionalities
• Develop positive professional relationships across departments
• Complete special projects as assigned by your manager
• Complete an end‑of‑internship presentation to showcase the completion of learning objectives
• Support the production and maintenance of internal tools and applications used by multiple departments within the organization
• Shadow existing team members and attend business requirement meetings to understand how business requirements are translated to IT solutions
• Work with developer teams to explain business need
• Test applications during various phases of the development cycle

We’re searching for interns that are:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree program from an accredited university
• In good academic standing with a GPA of 3.0 or better
• Junior or Senior standing at the time of the internship
• Currently majoring in Management Information Systems, Business Information Systems, Business analytics, or Information Technology
• Proficient with Google’s suite of products preferred
• Proficient with Excel required
• Proficient with SQL required
• Proficient with python or similar application (preferred)
• Strong communicator, both written and verbal
• Able to think outside of the box and solve problems
• Able to work both with a team and be independently successfully
• Able to stay organized and pay close attention to detail
