Abbott is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager - Commercial to lead a team delivering strategic, consultative talent solutions for the Cancer Diagnostics division. You’ll collaborate with business leaders to attract top talent, deliver an exceptional candidate experience, and evolve TA strategy with data-driven insights.

You will partner with Business HR and leaders to align hiring with growth priorities while maintaining strong team engagement and performance, onsite in Madison, WI.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with work experience.
• 6+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, including in‑house TA.
• Experience recruiting in healthcare or related fields across multiple functions.
• Ability to partner with directors and influence hiring strategies.
• Expertise in direct sourcing and recruitment marketing strategies.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership to a TA team serving non‑commercial functions and ensure inclusive culture.
• Establish effective recruiting processes and high‑quality hiring standards.
• Advise business leaders on workforce plans and recruiting priorities.
