Job summary

Engtal is seeking an experienced Commercial Superintendent to oversee day-to-day field operations for commercial ground-up construction projects in the Indianapolis area. The role offers a stable, established GC with a strong project pipeline and opportunities for long-term career growth.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of superintendent experience, is skilled at coordinating multiple subcontractors, and ensures safety and quality on site. OSHA 30 certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
• Experience with commercial ground-up projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and site management.
• Ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors and manage day-to-day field operations.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
