Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent managing commercial construction projects.
• Experience with ground-up commercial construction required.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong scheduling and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and jobsite best practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
• Proficiency with construction management software is a plus (Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, etc.).
• Valid driver's license.
