Job summary

Virta Health is seeking a Commercial Strategy and Operations Manager to lead core planning, reporting, forecasting, and OKR performance. You will translate business priorities into actionable plans and serve as a strategic partner to Commercial leaders.

Independently drive cross-functional initiatives from scoping through implementation, develop executive materials, and identify scalable improvements to processes using data insights.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years at a leading management consulting firm, investment bank, or internal strategy team.
• Proven ability to independently lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through implementation.
• Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to structure ambiguous problems and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder-management skills, including the ability to influence leaders and cross-functional partners.
• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets, business intelligence tools, and Salesforce

Responsibilities

• Own core Commercial Strategy and Operations processes, including operational reporting, OKR performance management, forecasting, and planning.
• Translate Commercial goals into well-defined projects, priorities, and operating plans, creating focus and accountability across stakeholders.
• Independently lead complex cross-functional initiatives from scoping through implementation, proactively managing risks, dependencies, decisions, and communication.
• Serve as a strategic partner to Commercial leaders by translating complex or ambiguous data into clear insights, business implications, and actionable recommendations.
• Develop executive- and Board-level materials that communicate performance, emerging risks and opportunities, and recommended actions.
• Identify and implement scalable improvements to Commercial processes, systems, and reporting, using data to demonstrate impact and establish best practices
